Real Life Fitness for Real Women
Dr. Anne
Meneghetti, licensed physician, has come up with some great ways to make
fitness a part of your real life – and, no, it’s not the
four-hours-in-the-gym-every-day model. So if you make big excuses for not
exercising, Dr. Anne recommends you make a very small commitment. If you can’t keep that commitment, make a
smaller commitment. So, if you’re not
getting the amount of exercise you’d like (just like Dr. Ann and me!), tune in
to find out how to make fitness fit into your life, and call in with your
fitness trials, challenges and triumphs.
