Money Shy to Money Sure
Olivia Mellan knows every woman can go from money shy to money sure, but what’s stopping many of us are the money myths that block our path to financial well-being—myths like “It’s selfish for me to put myself first”, or “I don’t have enough money to do anything with”, or “If I take risks with my money, I’ll lose everything.” Debunking the myths and taking action steps are the keys to true financial serenity.
So, if you ever feel anxious about your financial future—whether struggling to make investment decisions or negotiating money conflicts with a partner—Olivia will be on hand doling out the best kind of therapy: encouragement, valuable advice, and the inspiration that comes from shared experience.
Since 1982, Olivia has been a groundbreaker in the field of money psychology, couples communication, stress management, and conflict resolution. Her monthly column, The Psychology of Advice appears in Investment Advisor, and she has appeared on Oprah, the Today Show, ABC's 20/20, and other nationwide media. She also speaks all over the country to businesses, professional groups, and to the general public.
